Churrasco: Brazilian Barbecue

Today, friends and family filled the Khan's restaurant for a Sunday BBQ, a mix of Chinese, Italian, Brazilian and American friends surrounded the grill. Carlos is a good friend of Brody's from work and he gracefully invited us to share in this lovely Brazilian tradition. From pichania steak to jumbo shrimp, the tender meat fell off the bones and melted on our tongues! Not only was the BBQ a culinary treat, but we had the opportunity to make new friends!

We enjoyed two desserts: Pudim de Liete (Brazilian Flan), and Branquinho de chocolate (photo below) which is like a chocolate pudding with sprinkles on top. Both were delicious!
